If you are using Custom ROM, then it is more recommended perform full Wipe before flash Android 4.1.1 I9300XXDLI1 into your Galaxy S3 GTi9300. To perform full wide, then you need power off your Galaxy S3 > hold press the Volume Up button+ Power Button +Home Button to enter the recovery Mode. In the Recovery Mode, select Factory reset or Wide Data.
