Of course,  you can use this free all-in-one tool kit root your Galaxy s3 with only one simple click. The features include:

Install drivers automatically
Backup/Restore a single package or all apps, user data and Internal Storage
Backup your /data/media (virtual SD Card) to your PC for a Full Safe backup of data
Perform a FULL NANDROID Backup of your system via adb and save in Custom Recovery format on your PC
Pull /data and /system folders, compress to a .tar file and save to your PC
Backup/Restore your /efs partition
Dump selected Phone Partitions, compress to a .zip file with md5 and save to your PC

How to Use?

Step 1: Download (Link) and Install  Samsung Galaxy S3 Root Tool Kit on your PC.
Step 2: Now you can choose which task you want to perform on your Galaxy S3.
Step 3: For example, now i want root my galaxy s3. Then i just key in “2” and press enter.
Step 4: Then before start the root process, option and step by step instruction will prompt out and  guide me the details step (from enable developers option rooted) on how to root.
Step 5: Just simply follow on screen instruction to root. So easy!
