Step 1: Power off  Galaxy S3.
Step 2: Hold Press and hold Volume Up + Home + Power buttons  untill you see SGS3 Logo boot on screen.

Step 3: Release all Button and now you will boot into ClockworkMod Recovery .

Step 4: Press volume button, go to the option  “backup and restore”..
Step 5: Press Power Button to Select Backup.
Step 6: Now the backup process is start.  Reboot your Galaxy s3 once the backup process is complete. ( backing up via CWM can take several minutes, so please be patient. )

Rom Manager is powerful Backup and Rom management application. It able make backups, flash ROMs, and own your Android device.

 

But, my Galaxy S3 face some problem when backup the S3 original ROM via Rom Manager. I  found that my S3 unable to boot as normal when perform ROM backup by using Rom Manager.
