Most of the Android developers will root their 
Android phones or tablets. One of the main reason they root the Android 
devices is for access and modify the Android system file. We will try to
 search the possibility to fully utilize and increase the devices 
performance. Before you try to modify the device file, please make sure 
that you are understand the system file function and or the reference  
data value. So, please make backup for the system file before modify or 
change the system file .
Here let us discuss about the Note 2 N7100 Network system file that related to Galaxy Note 2  Network Data,  position, Wideband and more. To access the system file, you need to root the Note 2 (Tutorial how to root). Then open the Root Explore application (you can download from
 Google play Store)  and go to System> build.prop.  Hold press the 
build.prop icon and the choose open build.prop by using text editor. You
