The Samsung Galaxy Note 2
LTE – N7105 has barely been out in Asia and some parts of Europe, and
official firmware for the device has already been released by
Samsung/carriers for Singapore, Germany and Portugal, and hosted by
Sammobile on their website. While the firmware still retains the Android
4.1.1 version of the OS, we must say that was pretty fast.
Users in the above listed countries, can either download the firmware from the Sammobile firmware page, or update their devices through Samsung KIES.
US & Canadian customers will have to wait for a couple of more weeks to get the Note 2 in their hands, as release is not scheduled before November. Hopefully, they will get quick and prompt updates too once the device is released Stateside.
