HP has announced a new Windows 8 tablet,
the HP ElitePad 900, and it is designed to be used by enterprise users
and features a 10.1 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x
800 pixels.
The HP ElitePad 900 measure 9.2mm thick and weighs in at 1.5 pounds, it is powered by an Intel Clover Trail processor and comes with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of built in storage.
There are two cameras, on the back is an 8 megapixel camera for photos and video, up front we have a 1080p camera for video chat, there is also Bluetooth, NFC and an optional broadband module.
The HP ElitePad 900 comes with a Productivity Jacket, which features an integrated keyboard, a number of ports, an SD card reader and more, there is also an Expansion Jacket which adds USB, HDMI and other connectivity options.
The HP Elite Pad 900 comes with Windows 8, and it will go on sale in January of next year, HP have not announced any details on pricing as yet.
