How To Update and Root Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean (I9300XXDLI8) on Galaxy S3

Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean is the latest Android OS that i am waiting for my Galaxy S3. From the online info, i know that Samsung will official release Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean for Samsung Galaxy S3 start next Month. Before get the official Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, i have flashed and rooted (Link: How to Root Galaxy S3) almost all leaked version of Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean on my Galaxy S3.
Today, another leaks version of Galaxy s3 Jelly Bean (I9300XXDLI8) is available for download. Since leaked version I9300XXDLI1, it already run smooth stable, and come with lot of new useful application such as Voice command to unlock, Google Now Card, latest Google Voice, new design notifications bar and more.  So, is it any new function , UI, or application was integrated into this latest unofficial new Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean firmware version I9300XXDLI8? I have tried update my Galaxy S3 GT i9300 to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean firmware version I9300XXDLI8 and below is the step by step tutorial.

Before start, please take note that  flash and update firmware into Galaxy S3 via Odin may void warranty and has the risk damage stock kernel, ROM or firmware which will cause your Galaxy S3 brick or unable boot into Android OS.  You can refer here “ Galaxy S3 Hints and Tips ” to get more info about Galaxy S3 tutorial. Besides this, this leaked version of Android 4.1.1 firmware only compatible to Samsung Galaxy S3 GTi9300. DON’T try on other variants Galaxy S3.  Tutorial below is for your reference and this process was tested on my Galaxy S3 model version GTi9300 running Samsung Android ICS stock OS:
Step 1: Download I9300XXDLI8_I9300OXADLI8_I9300XXDLI8_BTU.zip file then unzip this file to your PC. Now you will get I9300XXDLI8_I9300OXADLI8_I9300XXDLI8_BTU.tar.MD5
Download I9300XXDLI8 for Galaxy S3 (I9300XXDLI8_I9300OXADLI8_I9300XXDLI8_BTU.zip ) : Source Link.
Step 2: Set your phones into USB debugging mode: Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB debugging. Then turn off your phones.
Step 3: Turn your phones into download mode by  pressing and holding Volume Down + Home + Power simultaneously. (What is Download Mode?)
Step 4: Open Samsung Odin application on PC. Make sure that Samsung kies is not running on your PC.
Step 5: Connect the device to your computer using USB.
Step 6: Wait a few seconds, the ODIN screen will show that a device is now connected- ID:COM boxes.
Step 7: Click the PDA button, then select I9300XXDLI8_I9300OXADLI8_I9300XXDLI8_BTU.tar.md5.
Step 8: Press “Start”. ODIN will start flash the firmware. Don’t unplug the USB Cable connection during the flash process. Your Galaxy S3 will automatically reboot once the firmware is completely flash into your Galaxy S3.

This latest firmware all important function such as voice call, Wifi, Wifi hotspot tether, install application and more work properly on my Galaxy S3. Compare to previous leaked version of Android 4.1.1 firmware, nothing new features and application was integrate in this latest I9300XXDLI8 firmware.
